Summary

We are searching for a Studio & Artwork Manager to drive the development of in-house creative assets, optimize brand communication, and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

As a Studio & Artwork Manager, you will oversee the delivery of creative assets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and customer vision while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. You will manage projects effectively to deliver high-quality materials on time and within budget.

Studio & Artwork Manager: Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the delivery of in-house creative assets to support marketing campaigns and business operations.
- Work closely with marketing, digital, sales teams, and key stakeholders to maintain consistent brand representation.
- Manage the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring compliance with guidelines and expanding its capabilities for self-service digital tools.
- Collaborate with third-party agencies and partners to ensure proper usage of brand properties and assets.
- Educate and support stakeholders on the benefits of partnerships and campaigns while representing the voice of UK customers.
- Deliver marketing materials efficiently, meeting brand metrics and quality standards.

Studio & Artwork Manager – Experience & Attributes:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) is essential.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate feedback into actionable outcomes.
- Proven project management experience, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and budgetary standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure artwork aligns with brand guidelines and creative vision.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving productivity.


Suitable for: Creative Manager, Studio Manager, Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Artwork Manager, Creative Team Lead, or similar roles.
