Summary
The Day Case Unit is looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Healthcare Support Worker . Join our dedicated team, recognised for excellence in patient care through our Staff Excellence Awards and Chief Nurse Awards.
We follow the Trust’s CARE values and prioritise patient safety. You will help care for around 200 patients each week, undergoing various surgical procedures across more than ten specialties making each day unique and the role diverse. The ward offers a fast-paced and exciting environment where excellent time management, flexibility, and teamwork are essential.
• Assist in the care of approximately 200 patients per week undergoing a variety of surgical procedures.
• Support a wide range of specialties, ensuring each day is unique and the job role varied.
• Maintain high standards of patient care in a fast-paced and exciting working environment.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills and flexibility.
• Work effectively within a team to provide the best patient care.
