Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Sales Order Processor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Job Duties:

• Receive and review incoming sales orders
• Verify order information for accuracy and completeness
• Enter orders into our database system
• Communicate with customers to confirm order details and resolve any discrepancies
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure prompt order fulfilment
• Generate invoices and order confirmations for customers
• Maintain detailed records of all sales orders and customer interactions

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using computer systems and databases

Experience:

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge of order processing procedures
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Capability to work well independently and collaboratively with a team

Working Conditions:

This role will primarily be based in an office environment with some flexibility in working hours during peak periods.
