Position: Production Operative (Electrical Assembly)
Salary: £11.44 P/H
Working Hours:
• Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:45 (30-minute lunch)
• Friday: 07:30 – 12:30
• 40 hours per week
Job Type: Ongoing, Immediate Start
Key Responsibilities:
• General production work within a manufacturing environment.
• Electrical assembly of large distribution boards, including tasks like fixing doors and other components.
• Manual handling and assembly of heavy or bulky components.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to safety and quality procedures.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in electrical or mechanical assembly.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Good time management and ability to meet production targets.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision.
