Summary
Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for experienced Assembly Operatives to work for a manufacturing company in Leicester
Work is available on a long term basic which could become permanent based on your performance
The Job:
• They have Day Shifts working 6am-6pm
• They have Night Shifts working 6pm-6am
• Assembling parts using fingers and semi automated machines
• Manually checking and sorting of parts
• Quality checking
• Completing paperwork
• Pay rate for days is £11.44ph then increases to £11.84ph after 12 weeks
• Pay Rate for night shift is £13.18ph then increases to £13.26ph after 12 weeks
About You:
• Good level of English and communication skills
• Able to work 12 hour shifts
• Able to work 4 on 4 off shift patterns
• Previous hand assembly work is required
• High level of attention to detail is key
• Positive attitude
