WE ARE RECRUITING FOR FULL-TIME, PERMANENT SECURITY OFFICERS.
Shift pattern: four on, four off including weekends - good for work / life balance
ROP: £12.65 per hour (breaks paid)
Monthly pay - 11th of each month
Enhanced ROP on Bank Holidays
Discretionary performance bonuses x 2 per year

White Rose is one of the most successful shopping centres in the UK with an industry leading commercial performance. The shopping centre boasts over 120 retail stores and restaurants on an 80-acre site, usually attracting more than 11 million shoppers per year. Over £25 million was invested into the shopping centre in 2017 to construct a new 11 screen IMAX cinema, six new restaurants and a children's outdoor play area.
White Rose is also a proud member of the local community and wants everyone who visits to genuinely feel part of the shopping centre. The centre's vision is to consistently “deliver a warm Yorkshire welcome, delivering the best family shopping experience, all day, every day”.
The security team is one of the largest in the area and we are looking to add to the already successful team to ensure that we ready to follow the government roadmap and reopen fully over the next few months.
You will be an experienced security professional who is able to deliver the very best customer experience whilst at the same time ensuring that the centre is safe and secure.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering high standards, someone who is self-motivated and committed.
As a minimum you will hold a valid SIA Security/Door Supervisor license and be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role. CCTV and First Aid certificates are desirable but not compulsory as training will be given. A driving license is also desirable, although not essential for this role.
We offer our Officers a highly desirable four on, four off shift pattern (48 hours) which allows for plenty of free time and the ability to take on overtime if desired.
As a responsible employer we ensure that all our officers undergo a thorough security vetting procedure and as such we are looking to accept application from individuals who can meet the following criteria within 7 days of interview:
-Able to provide proof of national insurance status.
-Able to provide details of last five years of employment / job seekers status
-Able to provide details of recent registered addresses
