Summary
Weekend Bar Assistant Position (Maternity Cover)
18 & Over Only
Looking for a confident individual to work behind the bar. Applicant must be friendly, welcoming and willing to work well with others in a small team. This job is every Saturday night with additional cover available as and when.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Service drinks to customers
* Prepare the bar and area for service and at all times maintain the standards of service and cleanliness set by management.
* Handle payments and use the cash registers in accordance with the instructions given by the management.
* To be responsible for all cash and stock handled in the course of duty.
* To maintain the cleanliness of the working area, and the equipment used in the accordance with standards required by Law and requirements of the management.
