Summary
As Children minister your role include:
1. Prepare and lead Children Sunday School Bible Lessons
2. Coordinate the work of other children bible teachers and helpers
3. Help plan and coordinate events such as Children's Week, Children Easter, Children's Christmas program, Missions events, etc.
4. Arrange for children’s christenings, baptism, and Communion service
5. Inform the Resident Pastor of the program direction, needs and development
6. Plan and coordinate all aspects of children's fellowship by coordinate and overseeing the program needs of the Children's Worship Team, facilitating worship program and recruiting volunteers for weekly Children's Worship time.
7. Provide approximately one monthly activity for the children and/or the families of the children participating in children’s ministry
8. Get to know and establish a positive relationship with each young person and their families in the congregation
