As an Automotive Body Shop Trainer/Tutor, you will:
• Inspire and mentor small groups of learners, guiding them through their educational journey, delivering Paint & Panel training to apprentices.
• Build strong relationships with your students, supporting their growth and development.
• Deliver engaging and hands-on training, ensuring that each student gains the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in automotive body shop.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in Automotive Body Shop: Whether you’re an experienced technician, who would like to train to be a trainer or currently in a teaching role, your expertise is invaluable.
• Passion for Coaching and Development: You should have a knack for mentoring and helping others succeed.
• Organisational Skills: You’ll need to manage your time effectively and keep track of your learners’ progress.
