Crynodeb
To support recruitment function of cruise ship personnel , this role will require the evaluation of entertainment staff qualifications and mandatory maritime certification to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct pre-joining checks for entertainment concession crew, ensuring all required certifications and documents are in place.
• Address and resolve any missing documentation or compliance issues promptly.
• Coordinate and follow up on crew joining and off-signing processes.
• Update internal systems to reflect accurate crew statuses and compliance records.
• Communicate "OK to board" confirmations to vessels and relevant stakeholders.
• Liaise with the entertainment appointment agency to discuss and resolve any crew-related issues.
Role requires understanding of entertainment staff qualifications (I.E Dancer , choreographer etc).
Good standard of English language , both written & spoken
Good IT skills
Role reports to companies "Crewing Compliance Manager"
