Summary
Carbon60 is delighted to be working alongside a leading MRO aviation company for Aircraft Mechanics, to work on a exciting modification project converting a 737 to the E7 wedgetail.
For this role you will have 5 years of work history ideally as an aircraft mechanic and you must have right to work in the UK, alongside this you will need to gain security clearance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Complete strip/removal of aircraft equipment for E7 wedgetail.
- Installation and modification of complex mechanical assemblies.
- Compliance with all company procedures and policies, as well as maintaining safety and cleanliness.
- Compliance of Health & Safety in the workplace and COSHH
- Major component removal and installation
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years aircraft experience
- Previous live aircraft mechanical experience
- Military aircraft experience advantageous
- Good knowledge of Aircraft systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Organisational skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
