YOLO Recruitment is currently looking for a Bodyshop Estimator / Vehicle Estimator for their client’s bodyshop based in Uxbridge.
As a Bodyshop Estimator / Vehicle Estimator you will:
• Examine damaged vehicle to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical or interior damage.
• Estimate cost of labor and parts to repair or replace each damaged item.
• Reviews repair cost estimates with body shop manager or foreman.
• Determines feasibility of repair versus replacement of parts, such as bumpers, fenders and doors.
• Evaluates practicality of repair as opposed to payment of vehicle market value before accident.
• Determines salvage value on total vehicle loss.
• Prepares insurance forms to indicate repair cost estimates and recommendations.
• Estimates cost of repainting, converting to special purposes or customizing undamaged vehicles.
You will need to have relevant qualifications as well as previous experience working as a Bodyshop Estimator / Vehicle Estimator as well as a full UK driving license.
The hours for this Bodyshop Estimator / Vehicle Estimator role are based on a 45 hour week. Monday to Friday 8.00 – 5.00 and every other Saturday 9.00 – 1.00.
