Customer Service Advisor - Permanent Role
Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week
£24,000 per annum - Leeds
Our client, a leading student accommodation provider, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join their dynamic team as a Customer Service Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to provide exceptional service to students and work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Job Description
• Conduct check-ins for new customers
• Receive and store parcels, ensuring safe and accurate delivery
• Organise and distribute key fobs to residents
• Perform regular building walkthroughs to ensure safety and cleanliness
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as needed
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor with a proven track record in providing outstanding customer service within industries such as student accommodation, hotels, build to rent, or retail. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, an outgoing personality, and the ability to thrive in face-to-face interactions with customers.
The successful candidate must be available for an immediate start and be flexible to work different shifts. They must also be seeking a permanent role within the student accommodation sector and have a clear work history for the last two years.
