Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Provide information about services, pricing, and security solutions.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Process service requests and coordinate with relevant departments.
Maintain accurate customer records and update as needed.
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by meeting expectations.
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to resolve client concerns.
