Summary

As a Customer Support Officer at Jannet Security Services, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Process service requests and coordinate with relevant departments.
Maintain accurate customer records and update as needed.
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by meeting expectations.
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to resolve client concerns.
