Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a new challenge?
Our reputable client based in Derbyshire are looking to hire a Project Manager to join their business. If you have an excellent eye for detail and you enjoy taking the lead in projects, and have a natural flare for collaborating to achieve team goals, then this may be the role for you!
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
• Previous experience in a Project management role is essential
• Excellent IT skills and knowledgeable in MS Teams and SmartSheet
• Have a creative mindset and be an excellent problem solver
• Ability to find creative and collaborative solutions
• Posses excellent organisation and time management skills
• Ability to build effective relationships
• Prince2 or APM qualification, desirable but not essential
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritise their own workload.
Within this position, you’ll be:
• Planning and development of project plans
• Setting targets and delegating project tasks to appropriate members of the team
• Making effective decisions throughout the process
• Acting as first point of contact for team projects
• Ensuring clear communication with PMO Manager to keep the project aligned
• Resolving issues and acting as point of escalation on projects
• Reporting project KPIs
• Ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner and to budget
• Summarising and sharing best practices
Salary, Working Hours & Benefits
Salary is £35,000 to £40,000 per annum plus bonus
Working hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 - 5pm – early finish Fridays
