-Observe & Act: Monitor store activity, deter theft, and detain offenders
-Collaborate: Work with local police and community crime partners
-Report Incidents: Log occurrences accurately and promptly
-Build Networks: Establish contacts to disrupt criminal activity
Requirements
-SIA Door Supervisor Licence
-Customer Service Skills: Experience in customer-facing roles
-Quick Decision-Making: Stay calm under pressure
-Strong Communicator: Clear verbal and written skills
-Tech Savvy: Familiarity with surveillance systems
