Summary
We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined individual to join our team as a Mobile Technician.
This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of mobile
devices including smartphones, tablets, and other portable electronics. No prior experience is necessary, as we offer comprehensive training and certification courses to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Device Diagnosis: Assess and diagnose issues with mobile devices, determining the best course of action for repairs.
• Repairs and Maintenance: Perform repairs including screen replacements, battery
replacements, software updates, and troubleshooting hardware issues.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand their issues, explain repair
processes, and provide updates on repair status.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer
interactions.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels of repair parts and
tools.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest mobile technology trends, tools,
and repair techniques.
Requirements:
• Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of electronics and a keen interest in mobile technology.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to
effectively assist and support customers.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical
issues.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous and thorough in performing repairs and keeping
records.
• Dependability: Reliable and responsible, with a strong work ethic.
Training and Development:
