Summary

Do you have experience of analysing and interpreting data? Would you like to join our forward-thinking Ticketing Department to help us on our journey in helping grow and transform the transport network in Greater Manchester?

Your Role

We are seeking a highly organised and skilled Graduate Data Analyst to join the Ticketing team. The successful candidate will provide provide analytical and technical capability to the Ticketing and Retail team utilising data science techniques and tools including machine learning and AI.

You will report into the Ticketing Product Owner. We are a diverse, multi-disciplined team driving forward a very exciting delivery plan. You will work with a range of colleagues at all levels across TfGM.

We’re looking for someone with experience in the application of quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques and a number of data solutions including Snowflake, Databricks, MS Fabric to name a few.

You will have a keen eye for detail, great verbal and written communication skills and experience of working with confidential material in an impartial and professional manner.

You should have experience of collating, processing, analysing and interpreting complex datasets and databases to draw inferences and conclusions. The ability to prepare well-structured reports and the competence to maintain successful relationships.

You will be required to work a minimum of 2 days in the office.

This is a 12 month fixed-term position with a salary of £31,915 - £36,683 per annum depending on skills and experience.

You will be working closely with a range of specialists from different areas and organisations, with the varied workload helping you to further develop your skills, experience and knowledge.
