We just opened Hotels in Paris and Barcelona, and planning to open London and two properties in Vienna in 2025.
Night Manager will have to:
Performs management duties connected to all Night and Front Office operations, and making crucial decision
Be fully accountable for the smooth and efficient operation of the Hotel during the night
Lead the Front Office team to exceed our guests’ expectations
Ensures guests' needs are met beyond expectation, and takes full responsibility for Health, Safety, Security, Licensing & Fire
Delivery departmental performance and standards
Essential Skills needed:
A strong team leader, a natural at managing and inspiring others in a way that gets the best out of them
Experience in a similar role
Excellent communicator at all levels and have good commercial awareness
Ability to work on own initiative and to tight timescales when necessary
Be flexible in their approach and have a positive attitude
