Ice Rink Attendants are required on a casual basis at Dundee Ice Arena.

When work is available you will be contacted. There is no obligation for Leisure & Culture Dundee to offer you work, nor are you obliged to accept work. The rate of pay is £12.45per hour.

Requirements

3 National 4 passes or equivalent.

Responsibilities

The purpose of this job is to ensure that the ice pad and skate hire areas are supervised at all times during public skating sessions, to maintain public safety and ensure that the skate hire area runs efficiently, offering the customer a good service.

The Individual

You must have good skating skills and be confident at assisting members of the general public while they are on the public skating sessions.

You will be a quick learner with the ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiative. You must have good communication skills within the team environment and the ability to deal with customers in a courteously and friendly manner.

You must be a motivated individual with good planning and organisational skills. You will also have good written and oral skills as well as having good timekeeping.
