Role Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Assistant Care Home Manager with an active NMC Pin and a strong background in complex care. This hands-on role involves overseeing the nursing team, ensuring high standards of care, and supporting the overall management of the care home.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the nursing team, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to all residents.
• Oversee the development and implementation of care plans.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff.
