Job Vacancy: Project Manager
Are you driven and organised with a desire to deliver high quality project management services? We are currently seeking a Project Manager with experience in the hotel and leisure industry to join our team at our prestigious establishment.

Collaborating with: Operational Manager

Foxhills Collection is renowned for its luxurious accommodations, exquisite dining experiences, and unparalleled hospitality. Located in Ottershaw, our establishment caters to discerning guests from around the world, offering an unforgettable experience marked by elegance and sophistication.
Foxhills is a family-owned, 4 star hotel and leisure membership club with over 5,000 members in Ottershaw, Surrey. In addition to 70 spacious hotel bedrooms, fantastic spaces for weddings and events, the club offers a wide range of leisure activities. Two 18-hole golf courses, a par-3 nine-hole, three restaurants, an award-winning spa and gym and eleven tennis courts are offered. ‘The Pavilion’, a £7m leisure facility with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, four activity spaces offering everything from art to Zumba classes, a deli-style restaurant and crèche make up our fantastic resort.
Responsibilities:
- Estabilish project briefs, agree procurement process and set up project processes.
- Manage the end to end process of projects, leading and coordinating supplier teams.
- Ensure design specification are met throughout the project.
- Manage the risk and change processes
- Financial management of projects including; raising invoices, tracking budgets.
- Liaise and advise both internal and external teams on project progress and viability.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of leading and delivering high quality project management services across the full project lifecycle.
- Ability to lead/operate on a multiple-project environment.
- Confidence on advising clients on project related issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A good team member and leader who also sets an example for others to follow.
- Previous experience in hotel, leisure and hospitality projects is preferred.
- Professionally qualified, or working towards professional qualification (RICS, CIOB, APM or similar)
- Degree or HNC level qualification
- PRINCE2 and CAD desirable
