Summary

Job objectives and responsibilities

-Be a point of contact with the client

-Provide support to the site team.

-To perform tasks in a professional manner to a suitable standard to meet both Client and mitie expectations.

Note

The site is a young offenders / cat C prison so security clearance is required to work on site. Failure to obtain the

security clearance or have the security clearance removed at a later date will result in removal from contract.



Main duties and accountabilities

-Make and receive telephone queries

-Categorising and Issue of job cards for PPM's, Reactive and remedial to the correct engineer and sub- contractor. Ensuring that jobs are complete and returned in order to close dockets on the prison system (Planet FM)

-Assist with meeting all targets on contractual and statuary requirements with in your scope of work.

-Operating Planet FM maintenance program (training to be provided)

-Other administration duties are filing work dockets, job cards and archiving.

-Minute taking

-Follow up on outstanding work and orders with sub-contractors

-Maintain required spread sheets



Person Specification

-Good IT skill: Excel, word and power point.

-Administrative experience.

-Experience of a CAFM system and advantage

-Good communication skills.

-Strong customer care focus.

-Must be able to work in a prison environment.



Health and Safety responsibilities

-Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times;

-Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment;

-Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received;

-Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system
