Summary

Key accountabilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive continuous HR process improvement strategy that aligns with organisational goals and enhances workforce management processes.Support the development, implementation and monitoring of both the Strategic Workforce Plan as well as workforce plans.Identify opportunities for HR process optimisation to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote best practices and implement innovative workforce management solutions.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives and ensure sustained progress.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing training, resources, and support to staff at all levels.Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies within the workforce management framework.Lead a small team of skilled HR process improvement professionals.
