New year, new role? Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an exciting part time/hybrid opportunity, offering variety and positive impact?
Salary: £18,600 per annum
Hours: 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with flexible working to cover occasional evenings to meet operational need)
Location: South West Essex (Basildon, Brentwood and Thurrock)/ hybrid remote working according to operational need

You will hold a CIPD qualification (level 5 or equivalent) with a demonstrated background of delivering first line expert HR generalist/people management advice, guidance and support. Working collaboratively with the HR Manager, you will champion best practice and legal compliance, developing strong working relationships across the organisation, as a trusted go-to advisor for people centred matters.
