Summary
Sabine Rooftop Bar offers an exciting experience of the London skyline from Leonardo Royal London St Paul's Hotel roof terrace. Guests can expect breath-taking views with a botanical interior theme and a selection of stylish crafted cocktails and seasonal sharing platters. The secret garden provides an oasis from the busy London streets - in a hidden rooftop space with two outside terraces - one with a retractable roof.
As a Bartender you’ll be one of the faces of the bar, so we want you to bring your warm and friendly personality to work with you every day. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role! You’ll be preparing and serving drinks and cocktails, entertaining and welcoming our guests, and working as part of a vibrant team to deliver first-class hospitality.
If you’re our ideal Bartender/Mixologist, you will:
- Be yourself!
- Be a great host for our guests – we greet guests from all around the so you’ll meet a really diverse range of people!
- Be a ‘show off’, and showcase your skills- we want to see your flair for drinks and cocktail making!
- Support with stock takes and wastage control
- Ensure the bar area is always kept tidy and clean
- Be flexible with shift patterns, including evenings and weekends – no split shifts here!
- Participate in our regular training sessions – always room to improve!
