Summary
Pharmacy delivery driver vacancy available (Immediate start available in certain areas):
Price per Drop to be discussed with branch/area manager, most branches will need deliveries done 2-4 days a week (for example - Mon, Wed, Fri)
1. Report to branch assigned, check all deliveries with pharmacist in charge
2. Follow correct procedure for obtaining proof of deliveries
3. Deliveries not received by patient must be brought back to the pharmacy and brought to the attention of the pharmacist
4. Read and understand pharmacy’s standard operating procedures
5. All drivers are to ensure they use the logbook for every medication delivered.
6. Any scripts not ready from the surgery should be informed by the drivers to person checking the audit sheets i.e. reason why script isn’t ready and when it will be ready to pick up
7. Ensure to collect any prescription payments from patients – there should be a ‘to pay’ sticker attached to any prescriptions that are to pay
8. At the moment we are only accepting card payments from customers, these can be paid over the phone to the branch by customer
9. Delivery service may be shared between branches
10. Use of own vehicle with appropriate insurance"
