We’re looking for an outstanding Change and Implementation Manager who will lead and oversee the end-to-end business implementation of multiple digital projects which have significant business impact, at times managing multiple implementation deliveries of digital services concurrently.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join DWP. You will be working alongside various teams and colleagues to help implement the delivery of our digital services within the business. To ensure they are viable, will deliver value, complies with identified business needs and enhances business practises and opportunities.

The role is in the Desktop Release Team in Digital Workspaces managing the work to deliver/release the digital workplace, providing products and services to make our user’s jobs easier, encouraging greater collaboration and efficiency.

As an Associate Change and Implementation Manager you will work with various Digital Services you’ll work with various stakeholders, ensuring the pace for business implementation aligns with Digital Service delivery requirements linked to sprint planning requirements.

  • Work with internal and external teams to ensure the successful deployment into the business.
  • Assist with digital service end-to-end business implementation, ensuring relevant changes are delivered into the business at pace to meet operational stakeholders needs and requirements.
  • Champion stakeholder collaboration working across organisational boundaries, ensuring Business Change is delivered to detailed quality requirements, while adhering to agile ways of working.
  • Assist with robust adaptive deployment planning collaboratively across stakeholders, establishing priorities, conflicts, and issues, helping everyone to navigate a complex environment.
  • Champion team dynamics, demonstrating, coaching / mentoring of teams to improve quality and ownership throughout the team ensuring adherence to agile ways of working. Help resolve conflict and assist in establishing a positive team culture by ensuring inclusiveness.
  • Take responsibility for your own personal and professional development, continuously improving your knowledge and skills in Change & Implementation best practices.
  • Provide visible and effective support, assisting with Business Change deployment activities working alongside the Digital Workplace Team, Product Areas and Business Teams.
