About the Role
• Provide students with the appropriate academic and practical support both in and out of the classroom
• Support Lecturers and Tutors working with students with specific needs
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of support within the College
• maintain accurate records to aid the students support and welfare
About You
• You are expected to hold a Level 2 in literacy skills or similar
• Experience of working with post 16 young people in an educational setting
• Proven experience of working with learners in and out of the classroom
• Knowledge and/or experience of our subject areas including Equine, Sport, Agriculture and Animal Management would be an advantage
