Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Parts Plus Centre in Northampton. Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for running an effective and efficient warehouse through the management of the team to deliver excellent service to our customers. The working days are Monday – Friday + 1 in 2 Saturday AM’s and reports to the Centre Manager.

Required Experience

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a warehouse environment ideally from the automotive industry. The key attributes and skills we look for in an applicant are:


Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS office proficiency
Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
Strong organisation and time management skills


Key Responsibilities and Duties

This position carries the responsibility for maintaining the highest level of stock integrity through efficient stock management and implementing warehouse processes to ensure audit traceability. You will also be expected to:


Ensure all inbound stock is checked and allocated to correct locations
Maintain a stock inventory to ensure shelf to system accuracy
Ensure stock is kept safe, secure and in good condition as per process guidelines
Ensure all control box KPIs are met to achieve maximum scoring
Always adhere to all health and safety regulations
