Summary
Are you an experienced Restaurant Manager within the Counter Service/Quick Service Restaurant sector?
THE JOB:
• Day to day running of a restaurant with a QSR set up.
• Ensure the service standards are continually monitored and maintained.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure profitability of the Restaurant with particular focus on staffing levels.
• Comfortable completing monthly stock count.
• Weekly payroll completion an submission to the Head Office.
• Staff training and development.
• Adherence to the Food Safety as well as Health and Safety regulations.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• two or more years of proven experience in a similar role within a counter service setting at a Managerial level.
• Hands on approach and ability to lead from the front.
• Ability to lead by example.
• High standard on personal appearance.
THE PACKAGE:
• Up to 35K per annum (experience depending)
• 40h per week with no evening work
• 5 over 7 work patterns
• you will be required to work weekends.
