Summary
Acorns Children's Hospice are now looking for a People & Culture (HR) Administrator to lead on the processing and maintenance of employee related data, ensuring accuracy and relevance and efficiency for the department. This is a temporary role for 10 months
About the Role
At Acorns Children’s Hospice we offer specialist palliative nursing care and support for local children and their families across the West Midlands. We are there wherever and whenever they need us, in the hospice, community and at home.
As a People & Culture Administrator, you will:
Provide administrative support to the People & Culture Team that ensures efficiency and that we are making the most of technology
Manage, field and answer general queries and emails on the HR Inbox and escalate if needed
Produce employment offers and contracts to new colleagues joining the organisation
Manage and maintain the full employee database, ensuring records are accurate and up to date regularly.
About You
Previous admin experience
Ability to multi-task
Excellent time management skills
Digitally literate
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

10-month fixed term contract
37 hours per week
Based in our Birmingham Office (B47 6JR) and home working
