An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operational Team Lead to join the Birmingham Wheelchairs Service team at West Midlands Rehabilitation Centre.
Working with both Clinical and administrative staff , you will be leading a comprehensive administration team; you will be a focused and motivated individual with an eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure. High levels of organisation skills and line management will be essential for this role with excellent IT skills. Highly competent using all Microsoft Packages.
This is a fast paced role, where priorities can change daily. Yow will need to be able to adapt to changes whilst ensuring all needs of the service are met.
As part of this role, you will be required to liaise with patients, carers and external agencies, the ability to remain calm and be empathetic when dealing with these queries some of which will be from patients who have a range of complex disabilities is essential.

Communication and listening
Highly competent using all Microsoft Packages
Prioritising and reactive to complex situations ensuring all service needs are met.
