Summary
Overview: We are seeking a professional and experienced SSSTS Supervisor to join our team in London starting in January. The successful candidate must possess a supervisor ticket and will be responsible for supervising architectural fitters and Steel Fitters Mates in the Chiller Deck and Trimmer steels work areas.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise architectural fitters and Steel Fitters Mates
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee the Chiller Deck and Trimmer steels work areas
- Coordinate with project managers and other supervisors
Qualifications:
- Valid SSSTS Supervisor ticket
- Proven experience in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of architectural fitting and steel fitting processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Day-to-day:
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring quality standards are met
- Providing guidance and support to the fitters and fitters mates
- Collaborating with the project team to meet deadlines and targets
- Reporting on progress and addressing any issues that arise
