Summary
Help support the Lead Clinical Pharmacist -Education and Training in delivering the high level training to our pharmacy department supporting where necessary. To provide an advanced clinical service to the directorate of respiratory medicine within the division of medicine n accordance with professional, departmental and Trust policies. Provide highly specialist pharmaceutical information to medical and nursing staff and patients within the Directorate and to General Practitioners and other staff within the Trust where appropriate. To act as an independent prescriber in accordance with the Trust's Non-Medical Prescribers policies and guidelines (once registered as a non-medical prescriber) Participate in Consultant ward rounds and multidisciplinary meetings relevant to the designated wards and or directorate, For a full list of duties, please refer to the attached job description and person specification
