Summary

Are you a creative storyteller with a knack for short-form video content? Do you thrive on building engaging social media campaigns and fostering online communities? We’re looking for a Social Media Manager & Video Content Creator to bring fresh ideas and energy to our digital presence.

In this role, you’ll take the lead in managing cross-platform content, collaborating with influencers and creating impactful videos to expand our brand. Whether you're managing a content calendar or analysing campaign performance, your work will make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage social media marketing campaigns and work with influencers to boost engagement.
- Create engaging, platform-tailored content for platforms like TikTok, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Film and edit short-form videos showcasing products, tutorials, and customer success stories.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to keep posts organised and impactful.
- Respond to comments and questions across platforms to foster a strong community.
- Analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements to strategies.
- Stay updated on social media trends to ensure content remains fresh and innovative.

What We’re Looking For:

- 2–3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Strong video production skills, from filming to editing short-form content.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific content requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Proactive, creative mindset with a passion for social media trends and storytelling.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

The Role Details:

Part-time/Full time: This is a part-time role (16 hours/2 days per week) but we’re open to considering a full-time position for the right candidate who wants to make an even bigger contribution.
Salary: £15.86–£18.75 per hour + negotiable target-related bonuses.
