Summary
An exciting opportunity has become available within the Maternity Theatres at the Royal Stoke University Hospital. Supporting the wider multi-disciplinary team with elective and emergency obstetric work as a Maternity Scrub practitioner. We require professional, flexible, motivated and committed team members capable of delivering high quality, patient-focused care within a busy, progressive and varied department. The post holder will be expected to work with the perioperative multidisciplinary team, to provide effective care within Scrub and Post Anaesthetic care disciplines, in line with scope of practice and departmental need. The post holder will support the Theatre Leadership Team to ensure standards of practice and care quality are upheld; this includes acting as a role model, supporting the learning of others and contributing to the development and implementation of improvement ideas.
