We are now offering a fantastic opportunity to join the National Employer Training (NET) in the role of Engagement Advisor. If you are a team player who is passionate about helping learners reach their full potential, then we want to hear from you!
About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and dedicated Engagement Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) to potential learners, working closely with stakeholders to support individuals in their learning journey.
Your responsibilities will include carrying out Initial Assessments, identifying Additional Learning Needs to ensure tailored support for each learner to create individual pathways. You will guide learners through their courses and assist them in achieving their potential employment goals, tracking their destinations post-completion. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact across our business and help to shape the lives of many individuals across. The role will require frequent travel.
About the person
You will enjoy working with potential learners and getting them started on their journey with NET and the TEC Partnership. You will be comfortable representing the Group with external stakeholders in a range of forums. You will be well organised and able to juggle competing priorities. You will be excited about joining a newly developed team and working together to create a highly effective function.
