My client has a fantastic opportunity to join a highly rated Nursing home in the Irvine area. The home which is large in size, we are talking over 70 beds is rated at 4's & has a fantastic Regional manager in place. It caters for the elderly & those living with dementia.
• Nurse with active PIN (essential)
• Experienced Home Manager with at least 2 years home manager experience within a large Nursing home
• Excellent clinical & CI knowledge
• Passionate about care standards & motivational in leadership approach
• Great communication skills & a resident focused approach to management
