Summary
Grade 3 - £24,027.00 for 28 hours per week for 45.8 weeks per annum equating to £15,553.20 pro rata.
This position is fixed-term until 31/08/2025.
Learning Support Assistant - Level 1

Role and Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Reception and Nursery Class teachers to support the learning and development of all pupils.
Assist in delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities.
Provide individualised support to pupils, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team approach.
Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and parents as needed.
A good standard of education, an understanding of children/ young people's needs and rights, together with excellent communication skills are all essential for this role.
You will need to be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) for this post.
