Mechanical Pre-construction Manager, £85M Commercial CAT A to CAT B fit-out, London, 12 months, c£450 a day CIS
Working as part of the preconstruction team for one of the UK's premier fit-out contractors, you will be tasked with taking the mechanical element of a £85M M&E package from RIBA Stage 3 design to stage 4. You will be working closely with the client and the design consultants in order to achieve this.
