Summary
Ensure effective use of FDP products by Trusts and ICBs within your region, focusing on embedding operational improvements. Drive collaboration by establishing a Change Network and sharing resources, training, and communications. Perform detailed change impact assessments and provide targeted support to meet delivery milestones. Communicate effectively across all levels, gaining stakeholder buy-in and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Lead cross-functional teams and mentor colleagues to ensure successful delivery of business change initiatives. Essential Skills and Experience: Significant experience in leading business change within large, complex environments, particularly in healthcare. Expertise in structured change management and delivering strategic initiatives within tight deadlines. Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build relationships at all levels. Familiarity with NHS processes and organisational structures, with a strong understanding of digital transformation efforts. Desirable Skills and Experience: Experience working with IT systems in NHS or healthcare settings. Project management qualifications (PRINCE2, Agile) and experience using project management tools like MS Project. Knowledge of tools and techniques for supporting data-driven healthcare planning and operational efficiency. Qualifications: Educated to Masters level or equivalent experience in Business Change or related fields. Professional qualifications in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile) are highly desirable.
