Summary
Volunteer with us at Wythall & Hollywood Fun Run 2025 - 22nd June 2025
At Acorns we provide care and support for life limited or life threatened children and their families. We are a charity, and our fundraising is vital to enable us to continue providing care and support to the children: it costs around £11 million a year to run our care services.
What's involved?
You as volunteers will be supporting at the Acorns stand and engaging with our runners and members of the public
As a Cheer Squad you will be cheering our runners on as they fly round the course
Water station - handing out and topping up water for the participants
Mascot – Alex the Acorn
How much time will it take?
Any time that you can support between 8am to 2pm
Am I right for the role?
We’re looking for volunteers who are
Approachable and happy to raise awareness about Acorns
Versatile and willing to adapt and help out
Support and cheer runners along
