Job description
Specific responsibilities include:-

Responsible for the team’s varied administrative duties. Including creation of IT solutions to manage data and reporting infrastructure and maintaining these solutions.
Engagement with both internal and external stakeholders
Supporting the team coaches in coaching staff and managers in performance optimisation and continuous improvement, with focus on behaviours and routines, and organisational development in line with the AFVS Business plan.
To support the team coach in delivering process review projects with a focus on improvements.
Being an active and constructive member of the DBS and AFVS CI Network
Supporting the team coach in presenting at performance optimisation awareness events that bring the community together.
Work collaboratively with other teams utilising expertise and sharing best practice to contribute to the wider DBS business plan.
Assist the performance optimisation coach in developing and producing relevant communications and messages for AFVS-wide roll out.
Assist with the creation and maintenance of a dedicated AFVS performance optimisation team site.
Maintaining your own continuous professional development to retain expert status.
Being fully conversant with requirements of the service delivery contract and ensure the contractors outputs and performance levels are delivered in accordance with those set out within the contract.
Reporting any failures or potential failures to the C1 lead for escalation.
Some travel to other AFVS/DBS will sites be required
Person specification
Experience in people engagement skills
Ability to effectively communicate.
Some presentation and facilitation skills
Confidence to apply knowledge and assist with developing others.
Excellent organisational and planning skills
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Experience in use of MS Office (Excel, Visio, Power Point)
Desirable

Agile Project Management or willing to work towards
Lean Six Sigma Accreditation (Yellow/Green Belt) or willing to work towards
