Summary
As a We Can Talk champion, you will: Support local leadership: Work with the We Can Talk team to increase participation in the Core Curriculum training at your trust. Youll receive resources, guidance, and direct support to help achieve this goal. Encourage engagement: Spread the word about the training, inspiring and motivating colleagues to participate. Drive impact: Be the local voice of We Can Talk, supporting your colleagues in developing the skills to better care for patients attending due to their mental health. We will provide champions with: A bespoke engagement pack that includes posters, stickers, pin badges, and other materials to help drive awareness and participation. Access to a supportive network of champions from other trusts and hospitals. Ongoing support and guidance from the We Can Talk team to maximise your impact.
