Expect to be in the office around 3 days per week - to be agreed by the Line Manager.
Office based role, no home visits required. Will need to work from the Customer Service Point when needed - usually once a week.

Skills & Experience required:
Have a working knowledge of business and teamworking applications, for example Microsoft 365 or equivalent, including email, word processing, spreadsheet, browser, team collaboration applications, and have a willingness to learn new applications and technology as required AND the ability to use business applications e.g., invoicing systems, housing management systems, mobile technology & applications.
Knowledge and experience of working within a Right to Buy (RTB) service, delivering a customer centric service in line with all relevant Regulation, Legislation and Good Practice.
Experience of dealing with enquiries from the public concerning complex legal issues, with the ability to interpret legislation and apply to individual cases while providing clear and concise information, keeping accurate records whilst following policies and procedures.
Good Customer Service skills are key - expected to phone and take calls from customers on a daily basis. Will also need to email customers and provide cover on a duty rota basis.
Good administration skills, use of IT systems (training will be provided).
What's involved with this role: You will join a Home Ownership team with 2 current RTB Co-ordinators, managed by the Home Ownership Compliance Manager. Assessing RTB applications, carrying out checks and escalating to Manager where concerns are made. Confidentiality is important, you will need to use an App to check for fraudulent claims. Working with internal colleagues to obtain information.
Key responsibilities:
Respond to a range of written, telephone and face to face enquiries from a variety of sources (internal/external), either directly or in more complex cases by referral to an appropriate colleague/section to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Explain RTB processes, lease obligations and service charges to prospective and actual leaseholders/other directorates/external bodies.
Respond to customer complaints and feedback liaising with internal and external stakeholders so appropriate, proportionate action can be taken.
Maintain accurate records, data on IT systems/housing management systems as appropriate to ensure accuracy of management information, supporting the Home Ownership Management team in responding to complaints and any requests for compensation due to breaches in RTB statutory timescales.
Undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required in line with the level of responsibility of the post and to meet the changing needs of the organisation in the support of a customer focused Home Ownership service.
