About the Role:
As a Marketing Assistant at Komplex Group, you’ll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, supporting key initiatives and driving brand success. Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing and growing our social media presence.
• Engaging with clients, customers, and external partners.
• Creating compelling marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and more.
• Analysing website data to help optimise our online presence.
• Contributing fresh ideas for marketing campaigns to elevate each of our brands.
• Writing and editing press releases to boost brand visibility.
• Representing Komplex Group at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Crafting targeted emails for both internal communications and external partners.
• Addressing any issues raised through our ticketing system, ensuring smooth operations.
This role is ideal for someone with marketing experience who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eager to help propel a leading healthcare group while providing support to the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications:
• Level 3 Digital Marketing qualification (or equivalent).
• GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
