Summary
Right To Buy Co-Ordinator needed in Bristol
The rate is £14.91ph PAYE
This is a temporary role
The reference number is: 5260076
The successful candidate will have good Customer Service skills are key - expected to phone and take calls from customers on a daily basis. Will also need to email customers and provide cover on a duty rota basis. Good administration skills, use of IT systems (training will be provided). Assessing RTB applications, carrying out checks and escalating to Manager where concerns are made.
Confidentiality is important, will need to use an App to check for fraudulent claims. Working with internal colleagues to obtain information.
