Summary
These are community based roles so all of our Care Assistants must have a valid driving licence and their own vehicle.
Our roles will be in Gateshead.
Roles will be both Full and Part-time. We are a 7 days a week service, hours include early mornings, late evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays, therefore flexibility is a must.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To support our customers with personal care
To provide companionship
Assist with food preparation and medication management
To help with personal development and rehabilitation
YOU MUST HAVE
Own Transport and driving licence
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Great I.T skills
Be able to work as part of a team and contribute effectively
Excellent problem solving skills
Pay rate: £14.36 per hour (Inc Holiday pay)
Travel/Mileage: 45p per mile
