Summary
We are seeking qualified electricians with fire alarm installation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a background in Electrical & Fire Installations with a proven track record in commercial projects.
Hold qualifications of the understanding of BS5839.
· Time served qualified electricians with an understanding of the IET wiring regulations to BS7671 to 18th edition.
· Have ECS Gold card
· Proficient in installing a fire detection and alarm system in line with manufacturers' recommendations.
· Proficient in installing electrical systems in line with BS7671.
· Ensuring that installed drawings match the finished project and communicating any variances to the Project Manager.
· Fully testing every aspect of the systems installed.
· Demonstrating a logical approach to system fault diagnosis and rectification.
· Understanding different types of cable containment systems.
· Interacting professionally with customers, end-users, construction personnel, and in-house staff.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Must have a full UK driving license with less than 6 points.
· Vacancy can involve “working away”.
· Vacancy can involve “nights”.
· Vacancy can involve long hours.
· You must have drive and determination to work on projects nationwide.

· IPAF (desirable)
· At least 5 years experience after gaining qualifications
